Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are several train rails next to rooms so the noise are pretty bad but if you do not mind them here is one of the best flat as there are many supermarket and grocery shops around there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded and dealt with problems so quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You should check any defects which previous residents have made.

Where I Felt Most at Home in London

Manuel Vieira (Tenant)

Dressage Court, E2

Aug 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Vibrant area with great cafés, shops & green spaces nearby. Excellent transport links. Street is safe, clean & lively. Bin collection reliable, no noise or antisocial issues. A truly convenient East London home

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responsive, friendly, and truly exceptional

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One small thing I wish I'd known is that the extractor fan wasn’t working when I moved in—likely just missed during the viewing. That said, it was a minor issue in an otherwise incredible place. The overall living experience more than made up for it!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always promptly helped with any issue with the apartment/appliances

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area offers a diverse range of shops, restaurants, and bars. The flat is 3 mins walk from Rainbow row, 15 min walk from broadway market and columbia flower market. There are also several open spaces and parks nearby, like bethnal green gardens and weavers fields. Transport links are convenient, 2 mins from bethnal green overground, 4 mins from underground and 7 mins to elizabeth and distict line in whitechapel. Living on our street is generally peaceful, making it a comfortable place to reside. The only drawback is the railway noise and frequent ambulance noise but this is normal for london.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

our laundry machine broke down and it was replaced next day. Also, after 2 years living in the property we were offered a bigger sofa.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how active the local community is. There are frequent neighborhood events and gatherings, which are great for meeting new people and feeling part of the community. On the downside, the railway noise can sometimes be a bit challenging during the summer when we keep the windows open.

Manager response

Thank you, Dimi, for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear you're enjoying the modern design, excellent facilities, and responsive building management. It's great that you're making the most of the local area and community activities—your insights highlight what makes living here so special.

Great London Location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great, there is a lot of life about but the building is very safe and secure. Bethnal Green is a great location and it is also then easy to get to Victoria Park, Brick Lane, Shoreditch and the Columbia Road Flower Market on Sundays.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the team always acknowledge any emails sent and then respond quickly with updates.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The trains do take a bit of getting used to, but you get used to it quickly and then it isn't noticeable. It is definitely better than having a main road next door.

Manager response

Thank you, E Smith, for your lovely review! We're thrilled to hear you're enjoying the cleanliness, friendly staff, and great location. It’s wonderful that you've settled into the area so well, and we appreciate your feedback on the responsiveness of the team.
