Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects are that you’re super close to the central and weaver lines, there’s a big Sainsbury’s close by as well as brick lane and Shoreditch. You’ve also got the three colts tavern next door which is so great on the weekends. We also love being close to weavers fields, broadway market and Victoria park. It has to be said though that sometimes Bethnal Green is a little dodgy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really responsive, great and timely. They’ve always been very helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How to work the different heating cooling and extracting or vent systems in the flats

Love living in the building, provides everything a young professional needs. Cost for rented use of facilities is a problem.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location for transport is brilliant - multiple train stations, walking to Shoreditch, London fields, Vicky park. Local vicinity shops are lacking but easy access to supermarkets. Back roads in direct vicinity need more care as lots of drug use and litter.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Efficient. Delay on washing machine parts was painful but sourced use of another vacant flat machine while out of use

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Understanding of the events that go on in the building should be marketed

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are many nice cafés, pubs, restaurants, and local grocery shops within walking distance, which makes everyday life very convenient. The area also has good access to open spaces where you can easily enjoy a walk or run. Transport links are excellent, especially for anyone working in the City, and the Elizabeth Line makes getting to Heathrow very easy. The neighbourhood feels relatively safe, though not perfect. One downside is that my street is close to the train tracks, so the noise can be noticeable at times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very reliable and consistently provides quick responses whenever we raise an issue. The team is always helpful and welcoming when we come home, which really makes a difference. As we haven’t lived in London for very long, having people we can ask for support is extremely important to us, and the management team has been great in that regard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the noise from the nearby train tracks. Previously, we lived in Zone 3 where it was much quieter, so the difference was quite noticeable at first. It’s something we should have considered more carefully before choosing the flat. That said, we’ve now gotten used to it and even started to enjoy the lively city atmosphere.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to tube stations and a big grocery store. Bethnal green area is very nice but some parts you have to be a bit more careful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they were very communicative and responded very quickly to help us sort some things out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s very comfortable and everyone who works here is so friendly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have recently moved in but the location and transport links are so far great. The building is next to a train station which can be a bit noisy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have been very accommodating and quick to respond to any issues I have had. They are always friendly and helpful. Reshi, Kira, Juan and Bex have been great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise of the train station can be loud with windows closed. But this is something you would get used to.
