Fantastic staff, great location and easy access to parts of London and outside of the city, facilities are top notch.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes very efficient! They are available when you need repairs and fix things quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Marvelous leasing team, maintenance team - Atikah, Mickey, Georgia, Joe, Juan, Tommy, etc. The staff at the cafe are really friendly and fun!

Great range of both convenience shops and specialised food/coffee shops. Parking is available on site(ata reasonable cost)it seems very quiet during the working day apart from some local building going on.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
very well. Documented manuals of all equipment.hardly any issues raised

I had a pretty comprehensive viewing before signature, so nothing worth commenting on.

We've thoroughly enjoyed living in Dolphin Square for the last two and a half years; we can't recommend it enough. The Tenancy Management team have been outstanding and we are sad to say goodbye to our first home in London. Thank you Atikah, Alana, Fei and Lathan for all your help over the years! We're really going to miss taking parts in all the seasonal socials, events and quiz nights that the Dolphin Square team organise!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have always recieved very prompt responses from the management team.

When we moved in I'd assumed that the Calmer Clinics were simply a form of elderly healthcare, but they provide a range of services from Physio to Massage therapy and I highly recommend - to all new Dolphin Square Residents - giving them a google and making use of them.

This is a beautiful, comfortable and safe community.There are some local shops, restaurants, bars & open spaces.It is easy to reach many places in central London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Mickey, Atikah and the Tenancy Team are very helpful. I really appreciate about their support. They are not only highly professional but also very friendly. They can patiently help me figure out solutions to the problems I encounter. This has made my life here much easier and more enjoyable, and has also enabled me to focus more on my college studies.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would like to know if it's possible to find a cleaning staff who can come and clean my flat at regular intervals? Of course, I will cover the cost of cleaning.

The Dolphin Square Gardens are wonderful and one of the best parts we get to share with new residents who were unaware of their existence. The South facing element adds to the sunshine and our wonderful gardening team work tirelessly throughout the year to always ensure its upkeep come rain or shine. As the summer months approach, we are sure you will love this space more. Absolutely, we have a dedicated Housekeeping team who are able to arrange for private cleans to support with the upkeep. Please speak with our Reception team who will be able to share these details. We hope your experience continues to be as positive as it has been so far.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Dolphin Square is surrounded by various shops, restaurants, tube and bus services. Battersea Power Station is located 15 min by walk and Victoria line tube is just 5 min away. Tesco express is about 6 min by walk which makes it very convenient in case you need to buy something urgently and it works till late as well. Several bus stops ranging from 2-6 min by walk which go to central, South East London should there be a strike on tube services. The area is very safe and quiet, as a woman I always felt secure especially during night hours. There are parking spaces available outside for visitors, taxi and inside for residents. A large number of trash cans are situated in the basement floor which was about 2 min walk from my block. I think the location of Dolphin Square is amazing as it is placed right in the centre from the places I usually go to and visit.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I was amazed by how helpful the reception and building management team were to help and resolve any issues that I encountered during my 2 years in Dolphin Square. The response was always quick and they would usually send someone same or next day to come, check and fix something.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how supportive the team at Dolphin Square was, always wiling to help and meet you halfway should there be any problem. Special thanks to Mickey a leasing agent from Dolphin Square, who showed me around various apartment types before I made my decision and was always there to answer any of my questions.
