The local area is safe and convenient. Dolphin Square is a quick walk from the tube, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and anything else you might need.

Building management has responded quickly to all requests that I've had.

We are particularly pleased to hear of your appreciation of the character and warmth of Dolphin Square. We are fortunate to be able to retain this character and it was one of the main points of focus with the restoration of the Estate, to preserve its history. We are delighted with the comments regarding our Fitness Club and are confident that once the full restoration of the Fitness Club & communal facilities are complete, this will only add to your enjoyment of Dolphin Square. It is great to hear the positive compliments of our staff here at Dolphin Square and the support they have shown you since moving into the Square. Mr Patels shop in Dolphin Square has now closed which was a life line for many residents. Tescos in Pimlico is now the nearest store or Sainsburys in Warwick away which can be challenging as the 24 bus is very unreliable It’s good to have a tube station nearby . Also a few cafes and coffee shops. There are some pretty open spaces nearby. The local area itself is a pleasure to be in and I very much enjoy living in Dolphin Square and its location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very accommodating especially around the move to my new flat

Dolphin Square is the perfect central London location. The previous ownership had allowed facilities to run down. The present ownership have revived the Square and it is now approaching its former glory. Good times ahead for residents!

Very well. Very quick response with excellent maintenance staff

Management provide the best Christmas party in the gardens ever!!!!

Dolphin Square is located in Pimlico which is a great, central yet peaceful(ish) neighbourhood. At the weekends it's hard to believe you're less than 15 minutes from the West End. It is serviced by Pimlico Station which is on the Victoria line, so you can get to Green Park, Oxford Circus in 10 mins and to Kings Cross in 15.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have consistently found the reception and maintenance teams to be excellent, with a clear dedication to delivering high-quality service. Any issues I have raised have been addressed promptly, and in instances where a longer resolution was required, the teams maintained clear communication, offered support, and ensured the matter was resolved as efficiently as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Familiarise yourself with the refurbishment schedule and ongoing works in your block—this will help you plan around any potential disruptions and set realistic expectations for noise, access, and timelines.

It’s great to hear that you appreciate the work we’re doing to restore Dolphin Square to its former glory, with updated design and improved facilities. While the refurbishment works can cause some disruption, we truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we carry out these long-term improvements. The local area is well served by shops, bars, restaurants and transport, with tube and bus routes nearby. The streets are well maintained, though subject to repeated works. There is occasional antisocial behaviour but perhaps less than average.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They listen and do respond to problems and suggestions.

Perhaps only that living here becomes ever more attractive the longer you live here.
