Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Pimlico is a great area. Central but quiet, with excellent transport links and good amenities. It is generally safe, although there are instances of anti-social behaviour (ASB). There are lots of restaurants and a small selection of supermarkets. The closest supermarkets aren't great - the better ones are in Victoria or Vauxhall. NOTE: the down escalator at Pimlico tube breaks regularly, which means the station becomes inaccessible to anyone with mobility issues, or with a pram or heavy luggage etc., as you have to walk down the steep fixed staircase to reach the platforms.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
On the day I moved into my unfurnished flat, I discovered that it will still full of furniture from the prior letting. This was extremely stressful, but was resolved the same day. Maintenance are very good at resolving issues - you can report them by email or via the portal. If you give them permission, they will come while you are out to fix things. The Security team are less good, especially re ASB.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The restoration works are extremely noisy - make sure to visit on a weekday and not at lunchtime (when they take a break) to judge if the noise will affect you.

Great complex, only challenge is ongoing works. Beautiful Gardens, stunning lobby and workspace/cafe and great community of people. The neighborhood on all sides is great, with everything you need at your doorstep.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any small issues that arose, were always dealt with quickly by security, reception or maintenance. It was always worry free living there. Other than ongoing works toward my first year of tenancy, it was a great experience. My daughter loved living there.

Wish was more prepared for intensity of the works going on in complex in the first of my 3 years of tenancy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is well located for transport. There are several bus stops nearby and Pimlico tube station is a 5 - 7 minute walk away with direct links to Kings Cross and Victoria stations. There are several groceries shops and restaurants within walking distance with many more options a 15 minute walk away in the Victoria area. The vicinity is pleasant and feels quite safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are very reception and prompt in taking action.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have liked to have had a better idea of the actual location of my apartment within the development.

Good location,lovely open space and slighly limited quality of local restaurants, nice transportation opportunities

Promptly, they are so quick and helpful about every issue

Boiler in the bedroom and also swimming pools delays

The staff have been excellent - friendly, helpful, efficient and courteous. Any problems have been sorted very quickly.

Double check furnishing requirements before you commit to furnished or unfurnished.
