The local area is safe and convenient. Dolphin Square is a quick walk from the tube, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and anything else you might need.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded quickly to all requests that I've had.

Nothing that I can think of at this moment. Everything is as expected.

We are particularly pleased to hear of your appreciation of the character and warmth of Dolphin Square. We are fortunate to be able to retain this character and it was one of the main points of focus with the restoration of the Estate, to preserve its history. We are delighted with the comments regarding our Fitness Club and are confident that once the full restoration of the Fitness Club & communal facilities are complete, this will only add to your enjoyment of Dolphin Square. It is great to hear the positive compliments of our staff here at Dolphin Square and the support they have shown you since moving into the Square. Very convenient. It’s 15 minutes walking from work. Many shops nearby and close to Metro station too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very good. I actually have a small issue with the internet connection and the front desk help me a lot with that .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing in particular. Was all very clear before I moved in.

Pimlico is such a convenient area to live in. We are close to the water, Battersea, Victoria and have the pimlico station about a 5 min walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been really quick and everything has been repaired either the same day or within a couple days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the extra amenities like the tennis court would have taken this long to re-open.

While the reopening of the tennis court did take a little longer than expected, we’re pleased to let you know that it’s now officially open as of April 7th! You can book a session through our Club’s app, Resamania, or by speaking directly with a member of our Fitness Team. We’re also excited to announce that Dolphin House, our brand-new amenity space, is now open! It features a café, terrace bar, and co-working space. We’d love for you to stop by so we can give you a personal tour of the new facilities. The location is perfect with good travel links, this provides the chance to benefit from central London

The response has been quick, fortunately I have not had many problems

The timescale for the new spa facilities, these would be amazing but its a long wait

Pimlico is a nice area with local shops (especially Italian) and small boutique cafe. It is just a stone away from Central London and connected by bus, Victoria line or even bikes. It is not too noisy at night but vibrant during weekend. A lot of runners jogging by the river on a sunny day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far I have not had any problems raised. Shannon in Leasing team however is very attentive for my messages on Whatsapp.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No, but it would be nice to have the small shops running inside the arcade to make the place more lively.
