How windy it was, it’s a very windy spot and. Look out your hair spray

Great location, great community environment. People have a real sense of security. All staff are really great and welcoming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All sorted very quickly and professionally. Have no complaints.

I wish I knew some more things about the area and some recommendations

Amazing places around love ocean terminal and all it's amazing should and placed to eat. Barber shops right across the street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far great! They switched out a chair for me which was great.

The bills. They changed the tax band while here so that was odd.

It’s great. Everything’s brand new and so beautiful. Right on the water and close to the tram line so convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Answers everything very quickly and in a timely manned

Great. Love it so much. I can’t believe how Greta it is.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Leith offers a great mix of independent shops, restaurants and bars, especially around The Shore, with a lively and welcoming atmosphere. There are good open spaces nearby like Leith Links, and excellent transport links via tram and bus, making it easy to get into the city center and beyond.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team have been responsive and efficient, dealing with any issues raised in a timely and professional manner while keeping communication clear.

It’s worth knowing that being close to the waterfront and tramline means there can be some occasional background noise, particularly at busier times. The area is also still developing in places, so you may notice ongoing improvements, but this adds to the sense of growth and investment in the neighborhood.
