Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the apartment and the area. There is everything I need close at hand, including vet, shopping, hairdresser and, especially useful, a dog crèche. I don’t notice traffic noise. The main drawback is lack of parking. I need to park at a considerable distance away which creates inconvenience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues have been resolved promptly. I got trapped in bin store; my fob would not operate the door and fortunately the access door to outside was open and one of the “hard hat” people was very helpful as were reception staff.i t

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I feel I had a clear idea of what to expect. The inconvenience of a lack of entry phone did not occur to me.

Transport is super simple and easy. It is close to the ocean terminal mall and tram stop with easy access to larger grocery shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the maintenance team has been quite proficient in responding to my concerns. They’ve given me access to a ladder.

Parcel delivery is not always accurate or has not been delivered properly.

This is the perfect area for me. It's bustling and yet it is so tranquil. Transport links are amazing, amenities are closed by, just a fantastic community.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Clear communication in assigning and scheduling works required.

If applicable, be prepared to let go of an over reliance of your car, this development was designed and is located to enable you to live without it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very spacious flat. There are beautiful restaurants and cafes around the area. The tram is literally around the corner so very easy to get into city. The area is peaceful. The team is very supportive, helpful and always ready for a friendly chat.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, any issues I have had they managed really well.

I wish I had more storage space but that is very minor.
