Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops, beach and station all close by. Very quiet, inside and out. Good local bars and restaurants. A couple of supermarkets in walking distance, with others like Asda, Tesco and Lidl within 10 minutes drive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not have any issues that I have needed to raise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You would be hard pressed to find a better location. Frequent trains to the centre of Liverpool only take 15 minutes. This location would also be suitable for those who do not drive as everything you need is nearby.

Loads of amenities, plenty of nearby public transport, two minute walk away from the stunning beach and gardens.

Yes they always get back to me in a timely manner and efficiently

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Decent range of local shops, some nice restaurants in the area although you have to go to Liverpool to go to the better places. Having private parking is super useful, bin collections are regular (although recycling could be done more often) and minimal anti social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised anything myself, but I know that the issues with the gate had been raised a long while before it was fixed. The elevator is also currently taking some time to fix.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It can get a bit noisy from both upstairs and downstairs neighbours

There is plenty of shops restaurants and small businesses around, beautiful beach and outdoor spaces too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have gotten in touch with in two working days to help arrange any repairs that may need doing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a great variety of areas such as commercial/shopping and green areas and beach. The shops are limited slightly compared to the city but that is to be expected and closing times are earlier as a whole. Travel is good, the train is regular however if delayed the bus option is longer. There are a few pubs but the noise is within expected hours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nearly all issues have been responded to and correct action was taken

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How well insulated it is, in winter I didn’t use heating and how low bills are. Also that the building has a electricity supplier already so you have to use them
