Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area, quiet small community, park round the corner for children and a community center providing different things. 5-10 mins drive to local shops and whatever else is needed/important (doctor, school, dentist etc). Also close to a lot of leisure/entertainment too e.g. golf activities, laser tag, trampoline place, cinema, restaurants, funfairs also take place within a small drive away. TFL is a short distance away providing links to London Bridge, London Victoria, lewisham, Charing Cross. Would deffo consider owning a car around these areas though unless you enjoy walking for more than 20 minutes. Also local supermarkets Tesco 5 minutes drive and Asda 7-10 min drive away

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Didn’t know there were admin fees moving in. Also didn’t know it took quite some time to get to the nearest station (sidcup station) by bus could take up to 30 mins sometimes in traffic. Could take up to 10-15 mins in traffic by car
