The area is amazing and very green lots of walking space

Yes they have but took a long time to act on the snagging

Location is ideal, close to major roads and towns such as ormskirk and burscough with the M58 near by - lovely area with nice walks near by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management have responded quickly but the action to complete items have been delayed or incomplete still to this day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing is non related to yourselves as we’re renting but we would have liked to know that buying the property after renting for a certain amount of time would be off the cards

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: nice built area, quiet and traffic noise is too a minimum Bad: parking on the drive is meant for 2 cars but is a very tight squeeze could improve spacing! And getting in and out off the estate the roads aren’t complete yet and has a big step down going out off street causing damage to people’s cars

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had plenty off problems in the house that are still yet to be sorted 15 months down the line! Needs sorting!!

To get your broadband and sky sorted weeks before you move in because they take ages to get out to you!

Daltons way is in an ideal location, a short walk away from local shops and amenities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have been pacified on a number of occasions and have had to approach customer services over and over again without success in some areas, works and repairs were not booked in with us therefore contractors were starting to rectify issues without having the common decency to inform us of their presence. I am still waiting for the site manager to come and inspect further issues which were identified several months ago. Overall our experience hasn’t been good, I would not recommend this developer to anyone, if anything I’d highlight to any potential buyer the substandard level of care we have received

How little time staff would have for use once we had signed on the dotted line and the standard of work and poor attention to detail
