Like: Lots going on, good restaurants and transport links Dislike: Poor community help leaving many vulnerable people on street

That there would be no parking permits & no private parking

The developers have given shoddy work, and there have been problems that haven’t been resolved. The parking isn’t great also, which doesn’t make sense if you have a car

That gentrification would happen
