Great location. Lots of available bars and restaurants in walking distance. Local supermarket in walking distance. Lots of available parking but costly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially very slow responding to issues we raised when we moved in. However, have since responded to this.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The cost of parking in the building is £210pm which seems excessive.

Lovely location Shame hardly any retail units are let - is the Cortland team actively pursuing tenants?? Offer discounted rates to clients to get them onboard they’ve been sat earning no money for 18 months

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No it takes weeks but they are quick to chase you for rental agreements needing to be signed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of families that live in a young professional building is wild and all they do is moan, needs to be advertised as a young professional building not somewhere to raise a baby

I absolutely love that arndale and the city center is less than 10min walk away! Anything I need is so accessible! I can literally see Victoria station from my flat. Public transport is so easy to access.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They answer quite quickly and resolve the problem efficiently!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I feel like we weren’t hit with any surprises. Everything was made clear. I just wish I knew how amazing it was going to be. I would have moved in sooner.

Great location, easy to walk to any place in the city centre with transport links. Even though it’s close to the centre the noise levels don’t disturb us. Greengate park is a really good green space especially in the summer

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been great! Raised a ticket when we had an issue and it was sorted! Teddy has also been great when we had issues with parking

Everything was shown on viewing, and was nice to have a full walk round of the facilities

Close to everything although bin situation is somehow a mess. No traffic. Apartment block is nice and regularly cleaned. Could do with more of the lots being taken up - advised a Tesco in the building when moved in last year.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Kicked the can for months and told to wait. No resolve in sight.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything else is all good just one issue taking several months is frustrating given it makes living in the apartment a bit uncomfortable at times. Could be an easy resolve
