Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Cortland's location is superb. It's positioned in a new and up-and-coming region of Manchester that is clean, quiet, and populated by great restaurants and numerous shops, all in spite of being a few minutes from the city centre and a short walk from northern quarter. The nearest bus stop to traverse south is a little far, but not so much as to be a deal breaker.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Generally quickly and effectively, and always with a smile.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Thr worst part about living at cortland is the app-triggered door keys. They work, but are just inconvenient enough to be a massive nuisance when you're already having a bad day. Good old fashioned keys are better.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is excellent, extremely central with a great local restaurants, coffee shops and green space. Although at times it can be noisy as it is a city centre location, this is to be expected, and the flats are well sound proofed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
While I have not had any urgent issues, it takes a long time for management to come and fix minor problems within the flat. However, they may be faster with more pressing issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have liked to have been made aware that there is an app and a key fob option, however you cannot have both.
