Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is excellent, a couple of minutes to walk to the shops. The road is quiet and right next to a lovely park.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t raised any complaints. I’ve logged issues such as broken appliance which was then fixed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The amount of events on each month are great and good to meet new people

I love Manchester City centre. Lived here for a few years and it doesn’t get old. Endless restaurants, bars, shops and activities on your doorstop. I love always having something new to try and being able to walk everywhere. Perfect metropolitan lifestyle!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not too prompt on maintenance tickets logged on the app, but if you follow up with the front desk or management they escalate it straight away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything is as expected. I’m glad I’m getting what I wanted out of it, socially. Just about worth the money!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really close to the city centre. Only a 5 min walk from the likes of Zara, m&s and selfridges. Also really nice new community.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been brilliant. We had a small issue with furniture, however they worked very hard to sort us out and it was sorted quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not much. I’d say I’m pretty happy. Maybe I feel like the residents don’t recycle enough. They seem to just put everything in 1 bin and it’s not great for the environment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Few local convenience stores nearby and there is soon to be a sainsburys in the building which is super exciting! Deansgate is only a 5 min walk away so there's an abundance of bars / restaurants within a really short walk. There's also a tram stop within a 10 min walk if going further afield. Parking available in the building and there are other secured parking options available close to the building but then also the AO Arena which is a 5 min walk away. As it's off Deansgate there's little to no loud noise and the apartments are relatively sound proof, the worst you hear is the train now and then if you have the window open.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Super fast, never any issues and never feels like you're hassling anyone.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking at the AO Arena is probably your best bet if the parking in the building is full. It's really safe and costs me £75 per month.
