Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is a bad place to live in for crime as there has been multiple stabbings and altercation just this year You are very central to croydon town centre as you can grt any bus that comes or it's just a 20 minute walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond fast Monday-Friday 8-5 but anytime before that or after that the management is not the best is getting thing sorted

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There not much I could've known whe moving in as it was temporary accommodation and I didn't have a choice

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of traffic as the building is located in the main road which is also by a hospital and parking is very hard

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes they are straight in it when you have any maintenance issues

That it was not suitable for children which I was led to assume it was

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This building is close to the town centre which is convenient but it’s on the main busy round with loud sirens as it’s close to mayday hospital, close to transport. Not enough parking for residents. Antisocial behaviour on the main road by drunkens

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They take note but take long to act on the repairs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i was warned about all the negative point about this building because I wouldn’t of moved here otherwise

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We live a minute walk from the hospital, which is very convenient for appointments. We also live near local supermarkets but the noise level from the main road can be a bit loud during the night time, especially on weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

She is always reports the problem and she keeps me updated too.

I wish I knew the time-frame of how long we might be here for but other than that. I am grateful we have somewhere to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good amount of store for needs and wants with lots of transportation local area is calm not alot of noise and flats are always quiet making it easy to get some good sleep after work

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems at all what so ever everything is up to my standards

Nothing I'm completely fine with the system although I do wish I Knew that mail or packages would go to the reception
