Beautiful area.. Good facilities.. Anti social behaviour? ... Yes.. Has local problems and issues... Fab local walks in the countryside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The planning had been granted so nothing can be done..

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Reality of how close the buildings would be. The houses being are big and expensive.. Gardens miniscule.

On the outskirts of town so not many local amenities near by but not an issue if you have a car or are happy to walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Took a while to get major issues resolved satisfactorily.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ask as many questions as you can prior to reserving a plot.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: close to shops, near to schools, lots of green area for nice walks with the dog, good parking, quiet yet close to m1 Bad: bins alternative weeks, not near train station, windy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very helpful and quick to solve any issues. Answered emails quickly and solved most problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Duration of building works. Proximity of opposite houses which are currently being built.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet development, scenic with lots of countryside nearby. Shops within 10 min walk or a 5 minute drive, lots of nice walks around due to location. No issues with traffic noise and plenty of parking for each house.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As per any new build, we had a few snags and the odd leak, however Avant have been easy to contact an communicate with and everything has been sorted out in a good time frame.

Make sure you upgrade the hob as it's a nightmare to clean!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a nice place to live, quiet and out of the way. The only bad thing is that the closest shop is around a 10 minute walk or 30 minute depending if the corner shop is closed

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they responded within 24hrs not even that so they’re great

Wish I’d have been told what the service charges were for.
