Modern development, nice layout, there are 3 private gardens, parking lot, bike storage, step free access and lift available.

It has been a good experience so far. We found a few little things that needed fixing but apart from that good layout. Parking available, area is secure

Yes, any issues we had we have discussed them with our building manager
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We just wanted to move out of London but remain relatively close. Train connects us quickly to Paddington.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Area still underdevelopment with lack of a supermarket within the development’s vicinity, however area has a great potential for improvement given the approved plans for the area. Once the Elizabeth line is fully open, the connection to the city centre will be unbeatable
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Deliveries are a pain - i’ve had some many issues with different couriers, including royal mail who fail to find the place
What is the best feature of your home:
I love the fact that i have a big balcony that I am hopeful to enjoy over the 2 days of British summer
