We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

We cannot fault the site managers. As with all new builds there were snagging issues but these have been dealt with promptly and with minimum disruption. The managers (sales and site) and contractors still working on site have been courteous and more than helpful. Parts of the site are very open and spacious and some seem a little claustrophobic, a little more space between houses would have been good in these areas. The attenuation areas along with their ducks are nice features and when finished will add a more natural feel to the development. In terms of the interior designs, some houses seem spacious but more thought needs to be given to furniture layout and storage is very poor with doors opening onto doors making access difficult and large amounts of useful wall space taken up by windows and radiators. The top floor bedroom of the 3 story house is fantastic. On the whole we are pleased with our new house and the location of the site is lovely.

Houses are a bit on the small side, we bought a 3 bed and the 3rd bedroom barely can hold a single bed and drawers. Bedroom one can barely fit a king-size tv bed. If u want big bedrooms don't go for stoke wood. Apart from the size the house is okay.

The property design is acceptable but the bedrooms in particular are extremely tight and difficult to get round once you have a bed wardrobe and dressing table in situ. We even had our furniture got down to size and it’s still difficult to get round the rooms

The whole estate is very well laid out, easy to get into. Love having a private driveway. Property is really well laid out inside too. House is easy to maintain and remained warm thoughout winter. Perfect for first time buyers. You get a great sized back garden for a new build which is always a bonus

Cant comment too much on design or facilities as we are living on the first stage of the development so there isn't much here, but from what we were shown on the map it looks like we're going to have some great parks and open spaces. Building and property management okay.
