Don’t go there if you don’t want to get scammed when moving there

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very good but when we moved out we cleaned everything and it was spotless but when we received an email from them they sent pictures and in one of the bathrooms the sink was very very dirty like it looked like they did it on purpose to scam money out of us and in my bathroom was very very clean and I have LONG BROWN CURLY HAIR WITH BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS in the picture there was a SHORT BLACK STRAIGHT HAIR and they dirtied the doors when I PERSONALLY CLEANED THEM

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The fridge door broke from the inside ON ITS SELF we asked them to come and see it. They came and just told us that we can do it on our own

That they are scammers and they will do anything to scam money from you

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is lovely, but this development is a stain on the land. They have created a parking hell. Incredibly unsafe for children to play out and always rubbish blowing around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They would come over when I submitted a 'maintainence required' report, but then simply claim there was no damage. Until I moved out of course, then all these items were, by some miracle, suddently regarded as damge and payable by yours' truly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That they are such vampires when it comes to the moving out charges.

The property enjoys a convenient location in close proximity to public transportation and grocery stores. However, one potential area for improvement could be the parking situation, which appears to be somewhat disorganized around the buildings. Additionally, it seems that management may have limited capacity to address residents' parking behaviors, which could affect the experience for some residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No willingness or motivation to help residents issue. Casually overlook your request if not posted formally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Should have reviewed their staffs efforts before moving in.

The location is very close to shops, stores, amenities, ATMs, restaurants, pubs and railway station. The place is safe and well connected through transport services , cabs and taxis. The development has parking but limited compared to the number of residents and many of them hang around on the waiting list to get car park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are prompt and quick to respond and attend the issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I really love the community and services and there are no regrets.

Charolais Garden, Gavel Drive was the best property we rented so far. They have the best of best amenities, appliances, and facilities. The flat gave us some very best memories, views, photos for us. The maintenance, property managers all are so friendly and fast in fixing any troubles. More, the best thing about the property is its sound proof, you can party hard with your friends with no distractions.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast and apt. They respond to all our questions and issues so fast and give solutions

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lift and the parking . If the parking rent was a bit less it would have been more efficient
