I like that everything is convenient. Theres a Asda express across the road and Arndale is less than 10 minutes away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had to raise any problems so far, but from what I’ve seen, building management and reception respond quickly and are always helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how convenient the location is for shops, restaurants, and transport. It’s made day-to-day life much easier than I expected.

Living near the town centre is really convenient, there’s a good range of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Transport links are great with frequent buses and trams.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had to raise any issues so far, but communication from the building management has been clear and professional, which gives me confidence that any problems would be handled well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d had a better idea of how the rent compares to similar places in the area. It’s on the pricier side, so it’s important to make sure you’ll use the facilities. That said, the location and staff do add value.

Chapel Wharf is in a great location. Quiet area but extremly close to everything in the city and transport links. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

They’ve created a peaceful hub within the city centre but feels like it’s not. The area is super convenient for shops, restaurants and bars whilst clean and friendly.

They’re super responsive with any queries you may have or concerns.

Don’t over furnish for the flat before moving in as your taste will change.

The area offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, plus plenty of open spaces for outdoor activities. Transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses and trains. Parking is generally available, and the street is quiet with no major issues like noise or anti-social behavior. Overall, a great place to live!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive and efficient in addressing any issues. Whenever I’ve raised a concern, they’ve acted quickly to resolve it and kept me updated throughout the process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I would of known before I moved in how incredible the staff are and how friendly they are! Top tip for new tenants, if you have any issues you can call Concierge from a phone in your flat! How convenient!
