A lovely little city centre flat

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location, just across the bridge from town yet far away enough to block out the bulk of the noise. Chapel street can get busy but other than that we loved the location. There are a few small supermarkets nearby, Victoria station is only 10 minutes away and there are plenty of car parks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues were seen to promptly. Staff were always really helpful and friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the washer / dryer isn’t really a dryer ! It never worked for us and when we complained the man told us we could only put a few small things in at a time which defeats the point of a dryer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area was amazing! Very close to the city centre, all the shops, offices and the university. There were also a few grocery stores very close to my apartment which made life a lot easier.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management were always very quick to respond to any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There wasn’t anything bad about this place that I wish I had known before moving in. Genuinely loved my experience and would recommend it to everyone!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Generally speaking I do like the whole environment of this apartment for example the club kitchen and some studying area. And also all kinds of activities hold there, that’s super friendly and also funny. The tiny disadvantage may be the equipment in the gym are not very varied and sometimes I felt it’s cold in the gym

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Since I have only lived here for less than two months, I have not encountered any major issues so far. Whenever I had a question and approached the reception, the staff responded promptly and helped me resolve it. Their efficiency and friendliness make me feel very satisfied with the overall service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I hope I could know there are still some options in different buildings until October. I booked it too early.

A True Home in Manchester – Exceptional Living Experience

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been an absolute pleasure. The location is incredibly convenient, with excellent access to transport links, local shops, restaurants, cafés and open spaces. Everything is within walking distance, and the connectivity to the rest of Manchester is fantastic. The street is always clean, safe and well-maintained, with reliable bin collections and minimal noise. I have never faced issues with parking or anti-social behaviour. Overall, it is a vibrant, friendly and comfortable area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always been outstanding. Any issue raised has been handled promptly, courteously and with full transparency. The team especially Ismail, Clara, Sam and Christian have been proactive, approachable and genuinely committed to ensuring residents are happy and comfortable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known earlier just how well-managed and community-focused Dandara Living is. The level of service, comfort and security is far above what I expected. Had I known this from the start, I would have moved in even sooner. It truly feels like a long-term home rather than just a rental property.

Manager response

Paarth, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and glowing review. We’re absolutely delighted to know that Dandara Living has felt like home to you over the past four years with us. It’s incredibly rewarding to hear how much you value the design, facilities, and the welcoming atmosphere of our community, and your kind words for Ismail, Clara, Sam, Christian and the wider team mean a great deal. Knowing that you feel safe, connected, and part of a true community is exactly what we strive for. Thank you again for your continued trust and recommendation.
