Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area has been an absolute pleasure. The location is incredibly convenient, with excellent access to transport links, local shops, restaurants, cafés and open spaces. Everything is within walking distance, and the connectivity to the rest of Manchester is fantastic. The street is always clean, safe and well-maintained, with reliable bin collections and minimal noise. I have never faced issues with parking or anti-social behaviour. Overall, it is a vibrant, friendly and comfortable area to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has always been outstanding. Any issue raised has been handled promptly, courteously and with full transparency. The team especially Ismail, Clara, Sam and Christian have been proactive, approachable and genuinely committed to ensuring residents are happy and comfortable.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known earlier just how well-managed and community-focused Dandara Living is. The level of service, comfort and security is far above what I expected. Had I known this from the start, I would have moved in even sooner. It truly feels like a long-term home rather than just a rental property.

Awesome location close to town, local shops, transport links, entertainment. It also has so many great amenities. Perfect.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and effectively - one time I broke a chair, and it was replaced the next day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location of chapel wharf is phenomenal, there’s a shop , barbers and coffee shop right round the corner from the development! It’s also walking distance to market street! Overall the development is amazing
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
My toilet broke and the site team were very quick to resolve the issue which was great, apart from that no issues were raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There isn’t much since the viewings by the team are informative.
Manager response

Chapel Wharf is a well-presented and thoughtfully maintained development with modern communal spaces and a welcoming onsite management team that’s both responsive and professional. Living here feels secure and comfortable thanks to the high standard of upkeep. However, the offsite administration team could benefit from being more consistent and communicative to match the quality of the onsite experience.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area offers a good mix of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Transport links are good too with trams, trains, and buses all being easily accessible, though peak-hour traffic can be a bit hectic.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The onsite management team at Chapel Wharf truly stood out. They were consistently responsive, polite, and proactive in resolving any issues I raised. Whether it was a minor maintenance request or a general enquiry, they handled everything with efficiency and genuine care. Their approachable attitude and attention to detail made a real difference in day-to-day living and added to the overall sense of comfort and community in the building.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is that internet is provided by Ask4. While the connection itself was largely stable, the customer service was very disappointing. Their setup process relies on proprietary systems that feel unnecessarily complex and admin-heavy, especially when connecting multiple devices. It’s not a deal-breaker, but definitely something to be aware of if seamless tech setup is important to you
Manager response
Thank you very much for your thoughtful review. We're so pleased to hear that you've enjoyed the secure, well-maintained environment at Chapel Wharf and found our onsite team to be responsive and welcoming - feedback like this means a lot to us. We appreciate your comments about the offsite administration and internet setup. We're sorry these aspects didn’t meet the same standard, and we’ll certainly pass your feedback on to help improve the experience for all residents. Thanks again for recommending us!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Love the coffee shop in the building and overall surrounding. City center is just 10 mins away and you can get a bus or a tram from to their to travel around Manchester. Traffic is not a problem but surrounding constructions can annoy with noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management response is really quick and helpful as we were having issues with hob and wardrobe door after moving and they were really helpful with that.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only thing was that when we moved in they should've checked the house before as hob and wardrobe door was broken.
Manager response
Thank you for your lovely review Anshuja. We're really pleased to hear that you're enjoying your one-bedroom apartment, especially the spacious layout and the view. It’s great to know the reception team and building management have been helpful, and that you've found the parcel system and location convenient. We also appreciate your feedback about the dishwasher - we understand how that can be an important feature for some residents. Apologies again for the issues with the hob and wardrobe door when you moved in, but we’re glad the team were able to get those resolved promptly. Thanks again for your recommendation - it’s much appreciated
