The building and apartments are stunning, done to such a high quality. The balcony is beautiful and we love it in our two bed flat, everything’s really light and cosy. Clement checked us in and was fantastic, easy going and made us feel at home right away. Grace on the front desk is always nothing but lovely - thank you!

The location is perfect and always quiet inside the flat but so close to everything including shops and grocery stores!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve always helped out straight away to get the problem fixed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flat doesn’t come with lampshades which is fine but weren’t expecting (?)

Chapel Wharf is a modern accommodation with great facilities such as common spaces and an onsite gym. The best thing about the Chapel Wharf however isn’t the physical goods or location but the people who work so hard to make it so special. In particular those who work on the reception desk who always greet us with a smile and always willing the help - special mention to Rob, Toney and Josephine in particular!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Chapel Wharf is located in a great location, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants on our doorstep. In such a central location it is great that we also experience very limited noise from the surrounding streets and buildings.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always a quick response and resolution - top service.

We were provided with all the detail we required prior to moving in.

Really well built and comforting. Brilliant layouts and great value for money. The building is really pretty and well situated within the city. The downstairs and common area is really fancy and super nice. Overall I have been so impressed with living in Chapman house

Really lovely area to live in , close to spinningfields and overall just a safe and enjoyable space to live in

They have always been quick to respond and have always been helpful

Well designed, welcoming staff, Bringme boxes and post are convenient, never have to worry about parcels. Shared work space is great. Always feels secure, safe and not had any problems. Design is modern. Austin, Chryztian, Sam during the day are great and the new guy is settling in well. Gym is convenient and equipment is decent. Vicky lovely also and all night team are great.

Convenient asda, town is 5-10 mins, trams are 15 min walk away Location overall is great, although not many gyms nearby, although lots of class-based options. Supermarkets are about 15 mins walk, online food shop convenient

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always good, never had any issues with the team. Things are fixed quickly and checks are completed regularly on boiler and safety stuff.

How high living here would make my standards for future places.

Great service from the staff at the front desk. Sam and Austin are always very helpful. It is a pleasure to deal with them. Nothing is ever too much to ask. Always a smile on their face. I enjoy my time spent at Chapel Wharf and always happy to return. I couldn't praise the team enough.

Very close to local amenities and great public transport. Traffic from the train. Lack of large shops within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They resolve the issues immediately. No time wasted.

Traffic within the area and parking nearby. It's great to have options.
