Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to absolutely everything both Manchester City Centre and the City of Salford have to offer. Shops, restaurants, cafes and coffee shops aplenty. Great transport links, both public transport and the road network around Greater Manchester. Parking is available on-site, there are also options locally too - both extra charges of course. There are currently roadworks on Chapel Street, which are disruptive if you are driving, but that is not Chapel Wharf's fault and they have done everything in their remit to liaise with Salford City Council and the contractors and keep up well informed throughout.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always quickly, never had a delay or problem if anything was needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Why we bothered looking at other apartment complexes nearby, when Chapel Wharf is clearly the best. In fact a letting agent only a few doors down told us this when we called in two years ago 'If you've been to Chapel Wharf, we won't be able to beat that! And it was true

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very central location and close to the city. The road outside might be under maintenance for now creating congestion, but once it’s finished, it should be better.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Have not raised an issues yet , no nit sure about it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We were well informed in the demo viewing , and also it would have been great if we had a viewing of the room before we had moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location, 5 minutes away from the city centre but far enough that you never hear or see any night life. 10 minute walk to the tram stop and lots of nice walks nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Issues responded to very quickly, concerns raised are dealt with promptly through email, the app or the phone in your room which calls directly to the concierge.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Concierge make moving in/out very easy by providing trolleys. Lots of lovely walks/bars/restuarants all within walking distance which you often get discounts for by providing your Chapel Wharf address.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location couldn’t be any more convenient for town and transport links, there’s an Asda opposite. There is noise in the local area but I believe doing a viewing and choosing a particular building/direction the apartment faces could have an impact on the amount of noise experienced
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had one maintenance issue raised with my toilet, and it was addressed immediately with communication on when the team needed to get into my apartment. This was consistent with any other maintenance checks too
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If there is no space in Chapel Wharf car parks, enquire about other secure parking nearby. Otherwise there is free street parking on Blackfriars from certain times. I also joined a fantastic group training gym called Collective, they are based on Blackfriars. And Leo and Roobs (coffee shop) and Black Friar (pub) are must visits! They became local favourites that I was sad to leave

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I like that everything is convenient. Theres a Asda express across the road and Arndale is less than 10 minutes away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had to raise any problems so far, but from what I’ve seen, building management and reception respond quickly and are always helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how convenient the location is for shops, restaurants, and transport. It’s made day-to-day life much easier than I expected.
Manager response
Dear Nadwine, thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review.
