Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve been living here for 2 years now, the local area is super accessible to the city centre and everything that comes with it. Parking is great, you can be in town in 5 minutes and there’s plenty of shops/ bars and restaurants on your doorstep!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Perfectly on time and sorted everything I’ve needed them to!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s nothing I wish I would have known before, the team are great at keeping you up to date with what’s happening in the local area and give plenty of notice to any works happening

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Relatively quiet, close to Manchester Victoria station, shops, nightlife etc. The one downside is most of these things are in Manchester and there isn’t much incentive to explore Salford.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the maintenance team are great. I have had a few issues which have been resolved promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about how poor the extractor fans were, but I would still have moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I am very happy to live here with my dog. All the facilities are good, extremely all the staff very friendly and nice, I love all the activities hold here and all the seasonal destinations.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It’s super good, well, I used to live in the student accommodation and usually everything will be get fixed in 48 hours, here will be take little bit longer, it make sense to me, still fast response.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before I move in, I already visited here for 3 times, so almost I know everything I need to know. Maybe I would be considered the noise, most time super quiet, very few time, there will be hold some party and might be little noisy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location, just across the bridge from town yet far away enough to block out the bulk of the noise. Chapel street can get busy but other than that we loved the location. There are a few small supermarkets nearby, Victoria station is only 10 minutes away and there are plenty of car parks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues were seen to promptly. Staff were always really helpful and friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the washer / dryer isn’t really a dryer ! It never worked for us and when we complained the man told us we could only put a few small things in at a time which defeats the point of a dryer.
