The local area is very vibrant and buzzy. The location is very central. It can be quite noisy at times.

I wish I’d known how much service charge would increase.

The location is very central. The views from the top of the building are amazing.

We love the area, great transport links and enough shops for what you need. Were also excited about the redevelopment of the area.

We did thorough research so nothing

Better communication and having a signed ESW1 certificate

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the transport links. The development is located in Central London. A lot of shops nearby, Tesco and Sansibury's are at just around 5 minutes walking from here. It is a safe area as well.

I wish I had known about the bureaucracy within the building management. They can be very slow at answering enquiries.

Good building and location, but loud at night
