Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The surrounding area is convenient for access to the city and local amenities, but this does not outweigh the ongoing issues within the development itself, including noise, waste problems and lack of effective management.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They often respond after long delays, sometimes weeks or months, and frequently pass responsibility between contractors, the council and other parties. Maintenance issues and problems with communal areas are repeatedly promised to be resolved, but in practice they remain ongoing without meaningful or lasting fixes.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how long issues can take to be addressed, if they are resolved at all. During viewings, everything is presented as well managed and responsive, but the reality has been very different once living here. Maintenance requests and problems with communal areas often take weeks or months to receive any meaningful response, and updates tend to be vague or repeatedly pushed back. Issues are frequently passed between different parties, which means responsibility is unclear and nothing feels properly owned. Communal spaces, in particular, are a recurring problem. They are often highlighted as being maintained to a good standard, but in practice they have been left in poor condition for long periods, with only temporary or incomplete fixes rather than lasting solutions. I would also say that communication is a major gap between expectation and reality. When you do receive responses, they can be slow and do not always lead to action, which can make it feel like issues are acknowledged but not resolved. Overall, I would advise new residents to be prepared for delays, limited follow through, and the need to chase repeatedly for updates on even basic maintenance and building management concerns.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Issues with anti-social behaviour on the development. Police have attended on multiple occasions and there is an overall lack of safety. Multiple attempts by individuals to access the car park to steal cars. Bin store originally did not have a lock, which led to a homeless person living in there. Instead of adding a lock/fob access they closed the bin store meaning we now have to take bins down staircase and down the street for disposal. There was also an issue with antisocial kids gathering around the development, kicking doors and harassing people.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Communication is very poor. Maintenance requests can take forever to be picked up, and are often ignored along with any emails you send. The management team is willing to say whatever they need to to shirk responsibility for issues and avoid fixing things.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If I had been aware of the freezing cold apartments, bugs, noise nuisance & anti-social behaviour I would not have moved in. Electricity costs for the apartments are shocking due to how expensive the electric radiators are, you will likely spend many hundreds trying to stay warm just during the coldest months. This was a huge surprise to me as I was unaware that the home could not retain heat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location in terms of close to leisure centre, supermarket, pub and bar close by. Significant amount of antisocial behaviour and police presence from flats on site not owned by Casa. They will not disclose this when viewing a property but these residents are those that have been kicked out of other affordable housing for the trouble above. Fair amount of road nose as expected given the location. People use the development as a way to speed and turn around. Limited parking so streets full.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Rude and consistently gaslighting tenants into believing they caused problems that are from shoddy building work.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Don’t believe the lies they tell you about ‘making it your home’ or its suitability for pets
