Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is great and getting better. The neighbourhood is friendly and very central with Elephant and Castle a short hop away, King's College Hospital within walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Great neighbourhood with a wonderful community in a central, well connected location
What is the best feature of your home:
The insulation is fantastic. I am rarely cold, even in Winter. The windows are large and the balcony is big

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Overall, it is a generally good place to live, with a lively atmosphere and excellent transport links that make getting around London very convenient. The community is diverse, and there’s a real sense of local character. You can find all the essentials nearby — supermarkets, cafés, and local services — and it’s close to popular areas like Elephant & Castle and Kennington. That said, the area could definitely benefit from some regeneration. There aren’t many nice shops or modern cafés, and the high street can feel a bit run-down at times. Occasionally, there are antisocial behaviours, especially in the evenings, which can make it feel less safe than you’d like. Still, with the ongoing redevelopment projects and improving infrastructure, the neighbourhood has great potential
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Noise coming from car wash and increased traffic in Southampton way in the last few years
What is the best feature of your home:
Flat is very well insulated and keeps the heating well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Camberwell is a great location with a huge variety of cafes and restaurants. It has great bus transport links and good station links. It benefits from at least 3 lovely big parks. The downside is there is limited parking if you live in a newer build development. Needs change over time and the lack of parking options for residents is a barrier. Anti social behaviour is on the rise with daily phone thefts
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the site wide heating system isn’t fit for the size of the development. That the lease term various across the development with shared ownership buyers offered a lower lease than private buyers
What is the best feature of your home:
The energy efficiency and the natural light the location

Good proximity to the park and local shops. Close to the center. Can be tricky to cross the river is there are protests or any other event
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How crap NHG is at managing even simple things. How NHG takes no ownership of mistakes. Rest of comments would have to be censored…
What is the best feature of your home:
Location and neighbours. Theres not much more im afraid.
