Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is so perfect. We are in the city centre, but it doesn't feel like it. I can look out onto the canal, watch the boats go by, with no sound of traffic, people, etc. Just so peaceful, and the flat is so beautiful too. The only negative for me, is they don't have their own parking. They have spaces out the front so permit parking there would be great. I currently park in the NCP opposite, which was expensive however.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We havent experienced any problems yet so can't comment

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that we knew about the lack of storage so that we could begin looking for chest of draws/bathroom storage sooner.
