Very convenient town centre location, close to shops, civic amenities, leisure and vast range of excellent eateries. Good road links and train services to London .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management company has sometimes been slow to respond, mainly because builder is still responsible for problems. The builder generally resolves apartment problems satisfactorily.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I got what I expected, however I was aware that builder had cut costs from original build plans.

Close to amenities. Local restaurants and chains. Good parking, clean development. Supermarket also close by. Very easy and everything within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes responded to all raised by myself. Very good and proactive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Scope of development is bigger than I realised green space is well used.

Great variety of restaurants and resource shops available, being 5 minutes walk from the main area of attraction in town. Very good links to train services. Extensively populated green areas for relaxation and walking. Parking with accommodation is life saving as parking is either limited or too over valued in Farnham

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I havent had any issues to date but would be comfortable sorting out queries with building management team.

Amount and extent of remedial works that were still ongoing

The local area is generally nice. There have been occasions with anti-social behaviour from teenagers and there was a period where the bins weren’t collected. The grounds have been kept nicely.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have generally responded to people’s concerns however have taken a long time to resolve issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that the developers weren’t being honest with how slow it is taking to fill the commercial properties

Local shops and restaurants are great. Transport is good but gets heavily congested at rush hour. Some issues with loud anti social behaviour just outside the development that occasionally spills over.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No - I complained about my bedroom window being incorrectly fitted in October 23. It is now March 24 and no one has been to look at it, let alone fix it. The room is noisy all the time so I struggle to sleep through the night because I’m near a busy road. In winter the room is freezing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I’d known how completely unresponsive the development would be to my complaint of a fault - defective bedroom window - I would’ve chosen a different place to live.
