Love where I live and it feel so homely. So much to do around the area, shops and great pubic transport

Yes and very prompt. Always professional and understanding

I wish I knew of the complex sooner so I couldn’t of moved months ago

It’s okay, there traffic noises that I can get summer since it’s on the Main Street. It’s difficult to sleep with window open

Yes, they are quite good. They replace things. But they take time

Nothing really. I had seen try property everything is at its face value.

Building management is efficient and approachable. Communication with residents is clear, and updates on maintenance or safety checks are delivered in a timely manner. The security measures in place, such as controlled access and surveillance systems, provide reassurance without being intrusive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded quickly most of the times, minor delays sometimes

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew this place before, and I wish I knew about the facilities

Very convenient town centre location, close to shops, civic amenities, leisure and vast range of excellent eateries. Good road links and train services to London .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management company has sometimes been slow to respond, mainly because builder is still responsible for problems. The builder generally resolves apartment problems satisfactorily.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I got what I expected, however I was aware that builder had cut costs from original build plans.

Close to amenities. Local restaurants and chains. Good parking, clean development. Supermarket also close by. Very easy and everything within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes responded to all raised by myself. Very good and proactive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Scope of development is bigger than I realised green space is well used.
