The area in hassocks we leave in it’s a friendly and calm place. Pets friendly and lovely walking area surrounding the estate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues and queries are responded immediately. No problem ever with returning the call or issue

All is lovely and calm. The walk to the station with all roads reopened in the area is great and fast.

Living in this area is truly enjoyable. There’s a great range of local shops, cosy cafés, and bars all within walking distance, offering plenty of choice and a friendly atmosphere. Open spaces and parks nearby make it easy to relax or go for a walk. Transport links are very convenient with frequent buses and a nearby train station, making commuting simple. The street itself is peaceful and well-maintained, with regular bin collections, good parking availability, and a real sense of community. It’s a safe, welcoming area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team responds very quickly to any issues or requests. They are always professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Any problems are resolved efficiently and with great care, which makes living here very comfortable and worry-free.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how comfortable and pleasant it would be to live in our own house with a small garden . The home is very cozy and well-designed, with everything we need for everyday comfort. The cleanliness and order make it even more enjoyable, and the little outdoor space adds a lovely touch — perfect for relaxing or having a cup of coffee outside. Overall, it’s a peaceful and comfortable place to live, and we truly enjoy every day here.

Love the whole park. Something to be organised for residents would be nice, although we as tenants could take an initiative. Corner shop would be nice. Rubbish collection impacted by the works around

Quick and efficient. Never had any issues. Team is quick to respond

The building works around the house. But it’s a process so it would be unfair to complain about it

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’re so happy to have found this excellent open space right on our doorstep, near the South Downs and Ditchling Beacon. It’s such a great place for walks, and our dog absolutely loves it too! The area feels peaceful, refreshing, and most importantly safe. Larger supermarkets in Burgess Hill are just a short five-minute drive away, which makes day-to-day life very convenient. The train connections around Sussex and towards London are consistent and easy, making commuting straightforward. A special mention to our property manager, Hannah, who is an absolute delight to deal with. She is by far the most efficient property manager we’ve ever met, always prompt, professional, and so helpful with any questions or queries. Overall, living here has been a wonderful experience beautiful surroundings, great connections, and excellent management!

A special mention goes to our property manager, Hannah, who is always efficient, friendly, and ready to help with any queries. She’s incredibly responsive and makes everything run smoothly. We’re very glad to have her as our property manager, it really makes a difference to how enjoyable living here is.

House is located at a quiet, dead end street. Close to park, shops, restaurants and railway station.
