The good aspects is that it is in a nice area next to greenary and not far from the town centre and train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have resolved it promptly which has been really helpful.

Clarify where the bin collection points are and get new build address registered ASAP.

Brentwood is a lovely borough with amenities and leisure’s close by. Perfect for young couples commuting into the city and outskirts for work. There is a bus stop very close to the development, and is only a short drive to the station with car parking facilities available. Our street is quiet. Away from the bustle of busy streets. Initially we had issues with bin collections however this is being looked into.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. They have always been quick to attend and resolve issues promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Registering address is a must as it caused some delays for us to settle in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Expecting some more local shops and improved transport. No anti social behaviour noticed and no traffic noises as well. It is very quite street and expecting more green spaces around after full completion

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quite responsive but delayed in actual fixing of the issues.

Nothing specific but would be good to know the service timelines for all te minor/major issues around the property.
