A lovely development by OneHousing, well maintained with an excellent and friendly concierge. He is available during working hours to accept deliveries and help with general site queries. Situated on the border to Brackenbury Village with a mixed community, easy access to Shepherd’s Bush, Goldhawk Road, Hammersmith and all their amenities. Only issue is the front gate, which constantly proves difficult for delivery companies to figure out. Often have missed deliveries from lazy couriers who can’t be bothered to figure out how the intercom works.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fantastic access to bars, restaurants and all that Shepherd’s Bush and Hammersmith have to offer. Despite just being off Goldhawk Road, it’s very quiet which is nice, and secured behind a gate helpfully as it borders an area where odd people tend to stray. CCTV is also abundant throughout. A very mixed community, which is a good thing. Night walkers should remain vigilant.

How the intercom system works... Also, fibre broadband is not yet available in this development, so you’ll need to use BT or one of its subsidiaries.
