Very quiet area and easy to access!! Close to the Centre and to the bus stops! The best area to live in Bristol in my opinion!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded any issue with responsibility and professionalism!

That I would really enjoy my time in this building

Living in my local area has been a great experience. It’s a safe, convenient with everything close by shops, cafes, parks, and great transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been responsive and professional. On the rare occasions I had an issue, they addressed it quickly and efficiently. It really adds to the peace of mind of living here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that there can be quite a bit of noise in the mornings due to nearby construction or building work. Also, my flat faces an office building, so I had to be mindful of privacy with the windows. Nothing major, but good to be aware of.

As perfect as you are home . Service , location staff ( naa, sharifa and honestly all of them ) . Love ya all

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When ever i ask they answer with quick response as soon as possible

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing i regret is mot knowing you before i wish all students be in such a lovely place

not so much shops convenience to train station convenience to high street few traffic noise not much open space

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

By email is recommended, but need to improve the response time

nothing else and sufficient info now good preparation by your team

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

All positives- very quiet considering we are living in the city centre. Close to local shops (walking distance) and very close to the train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick to resolve issues. Front of house quick to escalate issues to maintenance team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not many negatives. The flat is very warm which is good in winter as you might not need the heating on however, might get extremely hot in summer. Would be good to have air con option as a standard for living here considering the price point for living here.
