I really like the interior , the common area is really helpful. Love the ambience there. Especially during the exam time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately whenever I was in need of assistance, almost like a email away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the move in was going to be so easy. I didn’t feel I was in need of any more info that I wasn’t provided before.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

In terms of transport it has been excellent being so close to temple meads station, allows for easy and quick travel. We are also still very close to the city centre which is only a walk away. We have a Sainsbury’s close by which is excellent for small shops, and multiple coffee shops around which is lovely. Bin collections more often than not run smoothly, and there is some building work going on across our apartment which does add to the noise but nothing can be done about that and not something that causes us much distress.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been great at responding to problems. We had a light bulb go out and someone was there to fix it the next day.

Nothing in particular. The building has been great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This development is in an ideal location, as it is very close to Bristol city centre. I work at Bristol Royal Infirmary, which is only a few minutes' walk away, making my daily commute very convenient. There are also regular bus services nearby, although I rarely use my car now and am even considering taking it back to my parents because I simply don't need it. The area has a good range of shops, supermarkets(Sainsburys), restaurants( City center), café(MOKOKO) and bars, all within walking distance. It is easy to access everything I need without travelling far. When I first moved here two years ago, there were some homeless people in the area, but this has improved significantly and I no longer see them around. The neighbourhood feels safe and well maintained. My street is generally very quiet, and once I close my windows, I cannot hear any traffic noise. Bin collections are reliable with Bin chutes and Bin stores, and I have not experienced any issues with anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always responded well whenever I have raised any issues. I really like that they now provide helpful videos, such as instructions on how to open the apartment windows, which makes it much easier for residents to find answers without needing to ask for help. The reception team is always friendly and happy to assist with arranging maintenance works whenever needed. They also showed me how to clean the filter for the ventilation unit by vacuuming it and provided me with a replacement filter when it needed changing. I also had an issue with my thermostat, and the team was happy to help and arrange for it to be checked. Overall, I have found the management team to be responsive, knowledgeable and supportive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in was that there is a weight limit for pets. It would have been helpful to have this information highlighted more clearly during the application process, as it could influence a resident's decision if they already have a larger dog. Apart from that, my moving-in experience was smooth and well organised.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have absolutely loved living here! It is so close to the city centre, there are lovely walks around the Harbourside, and it’s right next to the Bristol to Bath cycle path.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had a couple of things repaired and it is always fixed in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Pointing out all of the amazing restaurants before we moved in would have been even better!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really like the location of the building - with a cafe and a grocery store jus below the building. Its a 10 minute walk to the city centre and quite a few bus stops very nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

they are always available and very responsive - theres always someone at the desk 24/7

really nice place to live - i viewed the property on video call so didnt know the about the communal space on the ground floor.
