Living in the local area is generally pleasant, with a good range of shops nearby, plus open green spaces for walking and relaxing. Transport links are convenient, with buses and trains running regularly, although traffic can be busy at peak times. The staff, especially Vilius, is very friendly and nice, always welcoming and helpful, which makes the experience even better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded quickly and efficiently to any problems, resolving issues in a professional manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym room is good and well-equipped, which makes it very convenient to exercise without needing to travel elsewhere. It’s a great bonus to have in the building and something I really appreciate since moving in.

Great area with very easy access to bus and train routes, some grocery shops around which is convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response and great communication with all things

Nothing worth saying seems that all information represented online reflects the reality

Cosmin and the Team have been amazing since day one. The Box Makers Yard is the nicest place to live in Bristol. It's perfectly centrally located, and so many nice things to do and see around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I requested a small change when I moved in, and they completed it the same day. They are just on it!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe bring a fan for the summer as it can get quite warm in the apartments.

The local area around the apartment is excellent. It’s a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, perfect for both families and individuals. There are plenty of shops nearby, making everyday errands easy and convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance in the building is reliable and prompt. Any issues are usually addressed quickly, and common areas are kept clean and well looked after.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area is very safe and peaceful. It’s also conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to get around. A great location for both families and professionals.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very central and close to transport. Sainsbury’s in building is very convenient. Bars and restaurants are nearby but still a walk (for most). The parking is tough to manage unless you pay for in building parking but if you don’t have a car it’s still good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Our one maintenance issue was addressed as soon as it came up, and resolved above and beyond our expectations.

The apartments don’t have cooling which can be really tough in the height of summer.
