It’s a well structured household, there are 2 bathrooms, its lovely. The design is great, it’s got 3 floors. There’s a terraced roof garden which is really cool, you got nice views and you can relax in the evenings.

We are close to the dlr, there’s good transport links, I love it

The development is aesthetically pleasing, been designed really nicely. The flat is well built and recently refurbished, and still in good condition 10 years later. For my family it’s getting a bit crowded, so i’ll probably move out soon. Building management excellent.
I don’t like that there’s noisy neighbours around the area. also i can’t keep any cars in the estate since it’s a car free zone

The flat is really well located and people are very friendly around here. there’s a markets, shops and 3 stations less than 10 minute walk away. Hard to find parking around the Bow area which is a bummer.

I wish i knew about the lack of activities, they recently stopped doing community events recently

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

wish the kitchen and living room was a big as before the refurbishment

The building has a great look, it’s colourful. There are two lifts nut sometimes one of them doesn’t work. The concierge is good, security guards and staff are nice and friendly. A bit halls of residency. There is a bike storage which is great.

It’s nice and clean, easily accessible, next to Stroudly that has takeaways, dry cleaners

Not really, I share the flat with my mum who did the research.

What is the best feature of your home:

The view is amazing. We’re on the 23rd floor, and when you go on the balcony you can see everything.

My flat is just ok spaced, but could do with more. There’s been a refurbishment of the flats 10 years ago and the general looks is ok inside and out but now it’s slightly ageing. There’s always been a problem with my heating which was out of my clause for building management to fix, so i haven’t had proper heating in ages, but the insulation is good enough to keep us warm.
The development area is fairly crowded, i’ve been a resident here for a long time so i didn’t like the regeneration at first, but living here for a while now its grown on me. one improvement is that there could be more areas for kids to play.

i like here a lot, it’s an up and coming area. many trains stations around five minutes away and buslinks are also great to the city. i drive so all my locations are close-by and traffic is not too bad for London. there’s a tesco’s superstore and a local Sainsbury’s also 10 minute walking distance away. l generally i would say the area is now safe

none, i’ve lived here a long time and was aware of more or less everything

What is the best feature of your home:

i like the design of the development area, a bit crowded but has a good feel to it.

It was the best place I could find in London, the building is shared with some flats being privately rented and some housing association. The flat is simple, I would say it is nothing special. The quality of the doors in the flat are not that great.

The transport links are good, DLR, District and Central line are all close by. It is mostly quiet due to it being a private estate.

Where my flat is positioned means the sun rise shines through my windows. Also that the internal walls are really thin which means you can hear everything, even just the dropping of a key.

It’s quiet, closets off and no much disturbances and crime. The apartment is top notch well apexes out for its price and have no complaints no complaints. There’s always activity in the community centre for residents and the local children.

It’s ok, up and coming. a lot better than a few years ago with a big emphasis with regeneration. better pubs there stratford and canary wharf to go shopping, but not many shops in the immediate area.

Really hard to get parking permit around here since it’s car free, my children cannot find a parking spot for their cars at all.

I like the balcony. There are good views back and front. There’s also a garden. It’s nice and sweet, on 3 floors, well built. I like the exercise park and the football pitch, it’s nice and social and people play together.

The development makes Bow look nice. I can’t think of anything I don’t like.

3 bedroom apartment, which has been refurbished not very long ago, so the quality is very good for its price. I like how its very family friendly here, and the community vibe is my most favourite part. Spacious housing and surroundings are kept clean. I have no complaints i really like living here.

It’s was well thought out when it was built, it’s a good layout. It’s got 3 floors with a garden on the top. There’s nothing I can think of to improve the house. The stairs are a bit hard at first but then you get used to it.

There is nothing that I dislike about this area. The crime in this area is not much an issue or noticeable. The rooms in my flat are big although they could be more slightly bigger and the cleanliness of the room is great
