Overall the development is great however we do have significant issues with the lifts, as well as the main building doors not closing properly which has lead to a number of parcel thefts. The build quality isn’t great and a number of snagging issues arose however I’m very happy to have my first home.

Chiswick is a delightful west London suburb with plenty of boutique shops, cafes, and amenities. We are very well connected with the overground, district, and Piccadilly lines

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that pocket were going push back so hard on every issue raised during warranty. A lot of similar issues were seen by all residents and the after care was not great at all.

What is the best feature of your home:

The two shared roof terraces are lovely, hell with the communal feel, and provided a much needed outdoor area during lockdown.

Never had any notable issues with the development. Property is well maintained and has 2 rooftop terraces with great views. Other residents are friendly and there is a good community vibe. On rare occasions, the hot water has stopped working but this has been fixed promptly after being reported. There is also a lounge area with free WiFi and a smart TV

Great range of pubs, restaurants and cafes on chiswick high road which is a 10 minute walk. Chiswick has an abundance of parks and green spaces. I walk through 4 on my lunchtime walk when working from home! Property is within walking distance of both the Richmond and Ealing Broadway district lines, the piccadilly line and the overground, plus buses.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It can get hot in the summer although not unliveable, but equally no heating required in the winter!

What is the best feature of your home:

Proximity to Chiswick High Road which is one of the best high streets in London

The location is incredible. Chiswick High Road is within arms reach whilst both District & Piccadilly lines are both just minutes away from the front door. The communal areas offer spectacular view and there is a great sense of community. The flats themselves are modern and bright with stunning floor to ceiling windows. There have been relatively few issues since moving in over two years ago. Main complaints would be lack of safe parcel storage solution and overheating during the summer.

Multiple supermarkets within walking distance, multitude of transport links with an array of local amenities and luxuries nearby.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Temperatures during summer months given the tall windows and strong insulation.

What is the best feature of your home:

The clean and modern design, tall windows and great views.

The flat is well laid out and very sound proof. I have no issues at all with feeling overlooked or overheard or hearing others and I appreciate the bike storage and shared spaces. There is a good community within the block with a WhatsApp group to ask for help, advice or to share information.

Chiswick is a fabulous place to live and the development is close to transport, shops, restaurants and the lovely green space immediately behind in the business park. Unfortunately being so close to the railway lines can be a bit noisy, although thankfully the overground stops overnight.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wanted a south facing apartment but it gets quite hot on the south/west side (or so I’m told). Very good to have accidentally ended up on the north-east.

What is the best feature of your home:

Wel laid out, well, well insulated (very cheap to heat) and well sound proofed.

Lovely apartments and community - but lacks in management

The development itself is fine - great rooftops, nice apartments, great views. However the interiors get extremely hot, both inside apartments and corridors. With the commercial spaces downstairs, AC is available and it would have been nice for the apartments to have the same. To privately install AC, without an external box being allowed, requires lengthy approval and it comes a very high cost - not ideal for all owners. As mentioned before, the windows do not fully open for safety reasons which adds this issue. Property management is below average - unresponsive, short term solutions to any problems in the building which leads to the same issues repeating over and over again (no hot water, main door not properly closing...)

Great location for transport - lots of options. The immediate area around have great potential for development in terms of shops, cafes and restaurants. That said, the high street is very close by and offers everything needed.

Lovely neighbours and great community overall.

What is the best feature of your home:

The apartment layout is good and comfortable. The view is great!!
