Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is really well located and is close to both Warwick and Leamington Spa. This allows for great access to a range of shops, restaurants, parks and other exciting things to do. There are 3 train stations close by for easy access to Birmingham and London as well as being 5 minutes drive from the M40. There is ample parking, each house has a drive way plus there are additional spaces on the streets. Despite being located next to a main road the traffic noise is quiet. The only issues we've experienced have been external based on the SatNav location not being up to date, this has impacted the bin collections and other deliveries, however I believe this will be resolved as the development expands.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we had an issue with the washing machine connection and this was resolved within days. The site manager has always been great for advice with DIY around the property and answering ad hoc queries.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A BMW garage has been built on the opposite side of the main road and the lights can been seen from the show room at the back of our property. This isn't a deal breaker but it would have been nice to know this when considering the area.

Great views over Warwick and close to the retail Park and supermarkets. Quiet residential area but could benefit from better transport links via the bus

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t had many issues which is great and anything I have had has been sorted very quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Took a while for the bins to be sorted but that was a council issue would also recommend registering your address with Royal Mail as it can take a while for it to show up on websites as a new build
