Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location is great. Walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, Mall and other entertaining activities. Parking seems to be open to anyone which should not be the case. This allows unwanted noise, activity, trash, and crowdedness. People from across apartment across the street parked their vehicles in our "private" spots behind our homes. This is unacceptable. I have brought this up to the property management but nothing was done. There are "permit parking" signs in the front of homes but yet non-tenants still park here. Also the working from the "YU" office near by also take up parking. In addressing this...it should not be that we have to pay to have private parking. The outside building should be maintained by property management. ONCE/TWICE a yrs it should be that the white residue that accumulates of the bricks should be "pressure washed" off. This makes the property look undesirable and make it look like an eye-sore. In addition, the windows should be washed and covered under the agreement as well. it is the traffic dust/dirt/mud from all the construction machinery traffic that gets all on cars and windows.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very slow. It usually take longer to respond than it does to resolve issues. I do appreciate them setting up and arranging the contractors.

Close proximity to the City Centre. Lots of students around and noise at night. Plus surrounding areas can often have litter especially during weekends.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they have for the issue with the washing machine

Only one avaible at the time near city centre and 4 bedrooms.

It's been a pleasure to live here, the communications with the company have always been clear and straightforward.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It's been good; maybe once, we felt it wasn't managed as we would've done it, but it never affected us. We reported it mostly to protect the property in the long term. (Water filtering through one of the walls)

Communication has always been one of the strongest points. We didn;t have any surprises. The property is what we expected,

Excellent availability of local shops & restaurants. Very convenient for public transport. Parking availability very good, timely bin collections, and very peaceful environment with no anti social behaviour.

Excellent response from building management in very timely manner

I wish I had known that the area is so peaceful and excellent that I would have offered the management to let me buy the house.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I've been really happy living in this house. The local area is fantastic, everything you need is nearby, from supermarkets and small shops to cafes and takeaways. It's super convenient and makes day-to-day life so much easier. One of the best things about this location is how close everything is. Whether I need to grab some groceries or just fancy a quick walk to the high street, it's all within a short distance. The only minor downside is the traffic noise, especially during peak hours. However, it's not too bad and doesn’t really affect daily life, just something to be aware of if you're particularly sensitive to sound. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the house and the area. It’s a great place to live and I’d happily recommend it to others.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been outstanding whenever any issues have come up. They respond quickly, handle problems efficiently, and always treat residents with kindness and respect. It’s clear they take their role seriously, and their fast, professional approach makes living here stress-free.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the bathroom and toilet are shared. I had initially expected each room to have its own private bathroom, so it was a bit of a disappointment. However, I’ve adapted over time, and it hasn’t been a major issue, just something I would’ve preferred to know in advance.
