Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great for the most part, very close to all the shops you would need, right off the promenade and easy access to other areas. There is some slight anti social behaviour I have noticed in the area but nothing that would put me off and just the same as you’d get anywhere. Very minimal traffic noice and overall a great place to live

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been great, I had an issue with my window and they came out the next day to fix it. The 2 contractors that came were very friendly and got the job done quick!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only negative thing is that parcels often go missing, I don’t believe however this is due to residents and more the local youngsters but I wish I knew this so I could re direct parcels sooner

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the properties is amazing. My flat is not even a minute walk to the bus stops which is convenient for my work and social life. It is just outside of west end which is its only downside. However, the flats are in a gated community meaning you don’t experience the life of west end! When I open my back door, I don’t hear the commotion of the streets which is perfect for relaxing in the sun. The property is a couple of minutes walk to the sea front which is perfect for me and my dog.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I first moved into the property, there were a few minor issues. After reporting these issues, maintenance was out the next day fixing everything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The viewing I had of my flat was very informative. Dean showed me most things in the flat and explained certain aspects of Placefirst. Even before my viewing, the lady who contacted me with the date and time was extremely informative on how the viewing would go and answered all my questions I had.
