We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

One bedroom apartment excellent space and design. I’m happy of the size of the rooms and never feel like it’s too small. Building management was good, just wish the road was completed as I feel this should be done now.

I reported issue with waste pipes along with many others on 10/02/20 -today on 18/09/21 is still not solved!!!!Ridiculous!!!!Customer care team is totally usuless, they just making stupid excuses eg "our team member was on holiday"...I had three or four plumbers inspections and they still don"t know how to repair it.I sent countless emails asking for any updates but they ignored them... If I decide sell flat in the future existing issue going to lower resell value or puts off potential buyers. Thats why they force me to find justice in court. My advice? Barrats -AVOID!!!!

Building management is ok - no problems so far. There are stains on the carpets in the shared area of the flats which the cleaner doesn’t clean deep enough to fix. Design of the flats is nice, I have no problems with noise other than when the flats all have their windows open the noise carries

The development is maintained with grass cutting occurring every 2 weeks at 8am. The new park that has been built looks nice. The management company for the apartments is expensive, but they do come and clean the communal areas every two weeks. A local shop is being built which will be a good addition to the development. However, we were promised more, including a pub, cafe and a decent community centre. Most of those things are not coming and instead the shop is being topped with more flats.

Disappointing honestly. A lot of facilities promised that have been backtracked. There is plans for a single shop on the development but not for another couple years. Most roads do not have pavements and therefore are dangerous for children. Driving is essential for the area but parking on the development is very tricky. I am a social tenant and therefore can't complain too much but I would be incredibly upset if I had bought a house on the development based on facilities that will no longer be built. A lot of the advertisements for the development still contain details of things that will no longer happen. It's a maze of false advertising.
