A lovely place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a really beautiful part of the world and the perfect environment to raise our family. It’s incredibly peaceful with lots of green, open spaces for our children to enjoy. We have plenty of room for parking and our neighbours are lovely. There is a Coop with a cashpoint machine and a coffee shop that makes lots of delicious food.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and they have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A crash course in solar panels would have helped! This is the first house we’ve lived in that has solar panels and I love that we are being kinder to our planet by using them.

The town is lovely and quiet. Nice get away from the busy city. You have the forests not too far away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The poor build quality and poor after sales customer care by the management company/site manager

What is the best feature of your home:

Location - its in a nice quiet private road which is nice

Twigworth Green - great place to live!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Twigworth Green Gloucester (wasn’t on drop down list so put Quedgeley development). Great locations for countryside living with all the amenities needed within easy reach. Great for dog owners (lots of nice walks). Slight pain at the moment with road works but this can’t be helped and is only temporary.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had any problems so far so can not really comment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t really anything else I could say. I have pretty much covered it all

Great area, just need some shops and amenities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

For such a big housing estate there are no shops or anything for convenience. Took a long. Time to get a park in. However the area is lovely, neighbourly and well thought out by builders. Our garden is a big size for a new build.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we knew just got big the development would get, promised shops but still not in. Customer service is fabulous and a wonderful primary school on site.

What is the best feature of your home:

Home office and private garden are the best features
