Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's fantastic there is everything you need within a short walk. I just hope there is some cleaning that will be done around the local area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been a few issues and only 1 of them was resolved quickly the others we are still waiting to hear back

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bin locations, our neighbor is allowed to store their bins in front of our home and when it is hot as soon as you step outside our front door you can smell a horrible smell from them.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely location, transport links nearby and walking distance to amenities too. Popular secondary school nearby. Its a quiet area with friendly people around. Could do with a convenience store within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and friendly. We haven't had any maintenance issues to report, only an initial query with the wifi which was resolved within a few hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None. I am familiar with the local area and so felt the development was well placed for my needs.

The local community centre, park and school are nice. At the moment there is no retail or local shop in the local area, but i believe that should soon change.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They've all been helpful to support with the questions we have had

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing i can think of - we've moved in and it's all as we expected so far

A lovely place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a really beautiful part of the world and the perfect environment to raise our family. It’s incredibly peaceful with lots of green, open spaces for our children to enjoy. We have plenty of room for parking and our neighbours are lovely. There is a Coop with a cashpoint machine and a coffee shop that makes lots of delicious food.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and they have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A crash course in solar panels would have helped! This is the first house we’ve lived in that has solar panels and I love that we are being kinder to our planet by using them.
