Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient- many shops around even a corner shop that shuts at 3am. I live at the back so dont hear much from the street apart from builders and pigeons

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but they give false information and arent really fast at all! They dont update you either.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I just wouldn't move in here again. The rooms are shaped weird and the kicthen area is veey small

The are is fine there’s a lot of noise so it’s very noisy It has good access to shops so that’s decent I guess

I haven’t had any issues yet so I’m just talking to get

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is it’s in the high road

There is a lot of shops nearby which are very close to reach by walking distance. The travel is simple as the bus stop right infront. Some anti social behaviour

Yes they have but some issues have taken longer to fix than others

nothing its all pretty great I have nothing to complain
