The crime rate isn’t the best but the shopping town is good, good links to go out of the area easy to get to the city

They come out fast. Easy to get a hold of and very helpful

Nothing comes to mind feel like I knew alot before moving in

Fantastic location in my opinion, close proximity to a few gyms & many popular shops. Also close to good transport links and possesses great parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management always on hand to solve any maintenance issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No need to call the council for reporting of repairs just talk to property manager

You will be waiting for months and when you finally get to speak to him he nothing has beeen done
