Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There isn't any shops nearby which is frustrating. Apparently opening soon. The bus is infrequent and never on time, hope this improves as serving big community. Knebworth nearby but can't walk there as no path only road.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We not aware of the gas provider. Been told Hill paying at moment until sorted so I have unknown bill pending have to budget for. Few neighbours asking how to turn off air vents in ceiling. So cold.
What is the best feature of your home:
Windows and large balcony. Open plan gives flat bigger feel.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are shops around withing short driving distance and a few minutes walk to the bus station. A bit too far from the train station while the train line passes close by and could hear the noise if the windows are open.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The train line that passes nearby and could hear it, but it is not very noisy. Also the non-gated parking area.
What is the best feature of your home:
Large windows and the balcony. Having the lift is also very useful.
