Calm nice suburban area

Oskar (Tenant)

Its a calm area because its in the suburbs, there was a power outage on new years eve but it was quickly resolved, even though he is a young adult the adults in the area understand the different priorities if dinferential age groups, thus, it is a lovely area to live in, especially for families and those with children

Very friendly neighbourhood

House is very spacious. I like the fact that the walls are very soundproof. The facilities are okay but there is no space for a washing machine so we have had to put it in the utility room. The problem with the living room is that there are no windows, only a door. I also dislike that there is no privacy in the garden as our neighboors can see our whole garden from their windows and hear us. Nicely built house and nice design. The bathroom size is also a good size.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Like the fact that neighbors watch out for each other, theyre very friendly. The area is also very safe and children friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That our neighbours are able to see and hear us in our garden.

Safe and Comfortable Community for Kids

Anita (Tenant)

Jun 2019

The area is very safe and comfortable as a community for kids and families. Shops, restaurants, a library and all the modern facilities you can think of are accessible heremail both if you drive by car or take public transport.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very family friendly and a safe vibrant communitions accessible to all modern facilities. There is good parking space and it is good value for money to live here. The only downside is the fact there is no lift when carrying prams or big groceries upstairs. I wish there also could be a letter box to retrieve incoming post easily. However, delivery drivers will carry your products up the stairs for you. The landlord is also good and repairs things on time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Another problem is the children playground area is quite limited in facilities with no swing there for example. It is a wide spacious area but it could help to have more playground facilities there.
