Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

All good there Starbucks, and Coop and Greegs. Every thing is nearby and I feel comfortable. As well as the train station will take me 10 minutes to be there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Helpful as always especially Riri I asked her about the sofa in my apartment and how that I feel uncomfortable and she gave me the whole steps to ask the management to reconsider about change it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that I know that the rent value will increase every year unless I extended my lease to more than a year

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

the living area is very nice and clean and helpful staff like riri attended to my needs. i had all my questions answered

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes they have and every thing is very easy using the app

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

that there isn’t guest parking space for any visitors.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Allegro Living area offers excellent local amenities. It is conveniently located near the Bullring shopping centre and the vibrant Chinese Quarter, providing a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Public transport is easily accessible, with buses and trains nearby, and the West Midlands Metro is just a short distance away, connecting key parts of the city. The street itself is very peaceful with no traffic noise, and parking is reasonably accessible. Bin collection is perfect, with the bins always being collected on time and the bin area well-maintained and clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive to any issues raised. When I’ve had concerns, they’ve been addressed promptly, and I appreciate the communication. The Resident Services Team is always on top of things.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known is just how much the building encourages a sense of community. The communal spaces are always full of friendly people, and the events organized by the team help foster great neighbourly connections. It’s been a fantastic experience, and I recommend getting involved in community activities right away.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Riri has been I credibly reliant and is such a pleasure to speak with. We had constant issues chasing things we needed and she really proved she knew what she was doing and has proved to be a great person and employee for Allegro

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Constant issues with the lifts. We did have a few issues for a while when we lived in block 1 which where addressed pretty fast.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I knew that the view was going to be nice, I knew of the gym also.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to bullring shopping centre, has local shops like MC Donald, Co-op, and Caspian Pizza, Greggs, B & M stores.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond swiftly regardless of whatever time it is.

It’s a great place to live so everything that I know now I’m happy about it
