The local area offers a good range of everyday amenities, including supermarkets, cafés, and independent shops, all within walking distance. There are several green spaces nearby which are well maintained and suitable for walking and leisure. Transport links are generally convenient, with regular bus services and easy access to main roads, although traffic can be heavier during peak hours. Parking on the street can sometimes be limited, particularly in the evenings, but bin collections are reliable and the area feels safe overall with minimal anti-social behaviour.

I had an issue in the apartment and I called the building. 5 minutes later Kultar came and fixed it. He is the best

That the parcels were in one room in the floor in another building

Its the city centre which has everything you need but also more crimes which makes us feel unsafe -nonetheless lovely accomodatik

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most are okay some are disappointing - I have had problems with the floor for monthts now and no one fixed it yet despite my repeated requests

All was expected - happy that new supermarkets opened around us

Living in this area has been a very positive experience. There is a great range of local shops, cafés, and superstores within walking distance, and the transport links are very convenient. The area feels safe, bin collections are regular, and I haven't experienced any issues with noise or anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I needed information or support, the building management team, especially Isabella, responded quickly and was always helpful and professional.

The place is absolutely amazing. For new neighbours, all updates and events are always shared, so it is easy to stay informed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a lot of local shops around that are 24/7 open, restaurants all around closing late. All kinds of transport are close, the train station is an 8 minute walk from me, 6 minutes to the coach station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are fast in response, no issues at all. Contact them by email and they respond on time the fastest time possibles
