How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been responsive and professional, addressing issues promptly and keeping me informed throughout the process. Communication has been clear, and problems were resolved efficiently.

One thing you might not notice during a viewing is that the building is generally very quiet, especially in the evenings, which makes it a comfortable place to live. I’d recommend new neighbours take some time to get familiar with the building management channels, as they are helpful when you need assistance. Overall, it’s a well-maintained place and easy to settle into.

The location of the building is great. When windows are closed I never hear much noise from outside which is good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building always responds in a very timely manner and issues have been resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how many children lived in the building as sometimes when I study in the communal space on weekends they can be quite loud.

Great location with lots of nearby shops, cafes and transport links. The area feels safe and quiet, and daily life is very convenient. The only minor issue is limited parking at busy times. Special thanks to the concierge Kultar, who always helps with parcels and any questions.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issue I raised was handled quickly and clearly. Kultar was always my first point of contact and guided me every time.

I wish I had known how helpful the concierge service is especially thanks to Kultar, who makes living here much easier.

The local area offers a good range of everyday amenities, including supermarkets, cafés, and independent shops, all within walking distance. There are several green spaces nearby which are well maintained and suitable for walking and leisure. Transport links are generally convenient, with regular bus services and easy access to main roads, although traffic can be heavier during peak hours. Parking on the street can sometimes be limited, particularly in the evenings, but bin collections are reliable and the area feels safe overall with minimal anti-social behaviour.

I had an issue in the apartment and I called the building. 5 minutes later Kultar came and fixed it. He is the best
