No parking space! it is so ridiculous when you pack somewhere just to drop your bulk shopping and get a parking ticket. . Doors , kitchen cabinets, and shower have low quality product. screws falling off doors and shower . nice location and quick response to complaints, repairs and maintenance not a good value for money. as you spend more on repair to your car and on parking fines

very responsive. repairs and maintenance team are quite good. the

Parking is ridiculous. if i had know i'll be paying so much on parking fine and repairs on my car for parking outside the estate. i won't bother moving in. Cars are permanently parked in the visitor parking bay and not being moved. some are been used by those that have parking space so that their guest can park on their own allocated space. very frustrating to be parking 15 - 25 mins walk away from home after a long day at work and finding your car damaged the next morning.

Shops and transport link very good 10 minute bus ride to Goodmayes rail stations and barking underground. Supermarket within walking distant and large park with open space.

That the heating/hot water supplier is fixed and you cannot change them - their service is poor

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Ensure that the balcony is waterproof as the tenants from upstairs can broom down their rubbish and water down to the balcony below

The good part is living within close access to public transportation and shops. The not so good aspect is having to deal with public road network within the estate. The bad aspect is mice infection we have suffers for more than two years.

I wish I had known there would be this level of mice infestation.

What is the best feature of your home:

Access to local and public transport. Very good spaced apartment.

Good transport and location overall. Close to the station and building isn’t on the main road so it’s quiet and nice here Parking availability very bad as the gates keep breaking and leaving car outside will result in fine which they won’t let you appeal ! Anti social behaviour is controlled quiet well. However who I think is security that is walking around this area was watching a fight without getting involved

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems to be fixed take a little while. However I think it is only during COVID times as I don’t really have many problems with property

About such a big rent increase every year. It is cheaper to rent new property every two - three years than paying such an increased amount of rent every year.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A lot of rubbish left outside bin store and not removed for days. This supposed to be residential area but a lot of through traffic going on as there is no restriction to outside drivers. Very often breakdowns on hot water supply, central heating supply and lift service. Road signs not renewed so the paint is bearly visible.

Leaking water from the roof and not fixed for several years

What is the best feature of your home:

Two bathrooms and additional walk in wardrobe is the benefit of the property.
