A great experience as my first renting experience

This venue is very practical, close to any kind of shops you could think of and not far from the train station. The area around is very peaceful but still close enough to go out at night to a pub.
The apartment design is really efficient, it feels bigger than it is thanks to a great space management and the customer service is very keen on helping resolving the issues that might come around in a reasonable time.
I warmly recommend it !

The area is very well deserved with trains/underground/buses letting you reach the center of London as well as Heathrow airport in around 10min.
The shops are very nice, and for every budget as we have nearby every supermarket (tesco/sainsbury/waitrose/MS) and small shops as well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how easy it was to go around London from this place, it is a great characteristic but not advertised enough

the development is brand new and as such has very nice isolation form noise and outside temperature. All appliances are brand new, walls freshly painted etc. Overall quality is excellent. The layout of the flats is good providing good storage space..

like: cheap supermarkets and gyms
dislike: it’s a relatively rough area, but it has been improving a lot in recent years

the flat can get quite hot in the summer, even with windows open

The property is very well connected with public transports towards Ealing Broadway Station and to the city center which are 5 mins walk from the development. Also the development is located in a very tranquil area with gardens and family friendly facilities, still walking distance to the highstreet and to its facilities (shops, supermarkets, schools etc). The management of the building, however, should be improved and the development should be better kept. In our development for example there is a persistent smoking smell in communal areas and the name on the building on the front door has fallen off months ago and is still off despite the issue has been raised many times by residents, creating several problems with deliveries. Also the garage area, which is a great benefit for people with a car, is often dirty and poorly kept with homeless people sleeping inside and pigeons everywhere.

Streets are poorly kept and too many beggars and homeless are going around both in the highstreet but also in Tewkesbury road and in the side streets nearby. This raises a potential risks for many children, families and people who live around and devalues the development.

The landlord should be better proactive around problems raised by tenants.

What is the best feature of your home:

Big balcony and beautiful view; rooms are spacious and well designed.

Great new development in a booming area

This is a brand new development and as such it is in very good condition. There is a very large balcony proving a lot of outside space, as well as a communal area. Windows are big providing very good lighting. Because the insolation is good, I rarely have to turn the heating on, most likely because I’m between floors, but this saves a lot of money in the winter.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The value for the money is much better in this area. There are cheap supermarkets and gyms very close to the house. In the future, with crossrail, transports to Central London are going to improve significantly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would be good to know that the water heating that comes in the house is not possible to switch to a new provider, like we do normally with electricity.

What is the best feature of your home:

A very spacious balcony facing the sun since the morning until mid afternoon

We moved into a brand new flat 3 years ago, and are very happy. Having our own front door and street level access has been great, although sometimes rubbish will get left/thrown into our front porch area. Our neighbours are friendly and respectful, but sometimes members of the public who pass through the development have been noisy and anti-social.

Great location close to West Ealing station, and easy walk to Ealing Broadway. Local shops are nearby, including Sainsburys, Waitrose, and 3 gyms. Good local restaurants too, like Persian Palace and Haiku. The neighbourhood feel secure and safe, and not too noisy but also not boring and residential.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sometimes car/vehicles driving through the development drive too fast. It would be nice if there were some speed bumps placed on the road to deter speeding.

What is the best feature of your home:

Brand new with fittings like washing machine, dishwasher and hob. High ceilings, lots of natural light with large windows. Own front door and street level access.

I do like the development, design and the communal facilities. The building management by a2domion and website can be improved as I’ve recently reported issues with the apartment and have never received any input. I’ll have to call A2dominion directly Hoping by they can review the issues and inform next steps.

The local amenities are good and everything is close by which is a plus. Transports links are not great as there is no tube station close by not good buses to get to central london, however the train near by allows a decent commute. Restaurants diversity in west Ealing are very focused on a certain kind but in Ealing broadways which is not too far there are more variety and options – similar to Northfields.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would recommend to inform ahead of letting apartments information about the other neighbours like nationality and age groups of people living in the same area.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I would improve the kitchen/living room ventilation as it not ideal with cooking in that area and how the smell doesn’t go easily away from kitchen to living room section.

The apartment is comfy and modern, there’s plenty of space and a great balcony which makes the apartment look bigger and give us loads of sunlight. The building is always very clean and tidy and it has a lift which helps a lot.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The apartment is lovely and is located in a perfect area surrounded by more than 2 supermarkets, some utilities shops, cafes and loads of restaurants.
The area is really quiet and safe, it’s very easy to move around, there’s loads of bus stops near the building and it’s only a 15 min walk to the central line and a 10min walk to a train line.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I knew everything I wanted to know before i moved in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The way it’s divided, containing 2 cupboard. I absolutely love the balcony and how much sunlight we get in the house.

I like the cleaning services on the common areas. But the lift have broke a few times.
The name of the building more visible for the delivery will be a great idea.
Cleaning the rubbish room more often will be a good idea too.

The construction around, the tiny street to walk to the Main Street.
Few parking spaces.
The trouble to get a delivery because the name of the building it’s no well show at the doors

The construction plans, the area it’s no save enough, a lot of drug dealing in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Average. It’s ok the lift broke a few times and we have to wait till the next working day so with a kids and living in a top floor was very difficult.

I adore my flat and the development. A little more care into the maintenance of the building and individual flats wouldn’t go a miss. The cleaners are lovely and friendly.

The design is gorgeous, minimalistic but not distracting and out of place. Perhaps some materials in the build inside the flats could be better quality, for instance door knobs/handles and taps.

The glass balcony is a favourite addition and the huge window which opens out onto it. Glass allows the outside in which allows the modest apartment to feel bigger than it is.

I love Ealing as I feel I get away from the business that is London but also everything is at my doorstep.

The family housing around the flat is a sense of comfort and with more developments next door, it feels like an up and coming place to live.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had looked at other apartments and what A2 Dominion has on offer. I would love a little more space.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Better upkeep of the communal gardens, a more consistent working lift (Jonagold House)

Design was very good and apartments are well built. Very rarely heard any noise from neighbours. Facilities worked or if there was an issue was dealt with very quickly by A2Domian. Large spacious living areas, well kitted out kitchens and bathrooms. Interesting electric heating system that seemed to be supplied by one supplier which couldn’t be changed.

Like – great location, very easy access to transport links, shops and other amenities. Short walk to Ealing and Northfields, both with a good array of restaurants and other facilities. Also close to both Walpole and Lamas parks
Dislikes – West Ealing high street could be better. Bin storage was an issue, but more because some residents would leave the door unlocked. Constructions of other parts of development and other developments on going which sometimes disturbed. Limited parking. Management office seemed not to be open, onsite cafe advertised never in use while we were there

That getting broadband installed would be a nightmare, ended up taking a few weeks

What is the best feature of your home:

Location works very well. Flat spaciously designed with plenty of storage space and well thought out kitchen

Great location and development, but poor property/facility management

Very pleased with the property, shape, design and overall quality of the development. The only area of big improvement for me is property management. A2Dominion is not proactive enough and often slow to respond once complaints or repair requests are submitted. Also, we had serious issues with their contractor JustAsk which went unanswered even after several escalations.

Love the area. 2 min away from West Ealing high st and 10 min by bus (20 by foot) away from Ealing Bway high street. Several TfL transport options around.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really. I would still move in even with a partially ineffective facility management.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always replied quite quickly, but failed to solve most of the issues raised.
